Delete handle service

DELETE /handle_services/{id}

Deletes a handle service. The handle service must not have any registered handles (all the handles have to be deleted first, but proceed with caution as Public Data records should be persistent).

This operation requires handle_service_delete privilege or oz_handle_services_delete admin privilege.
