Get effective harvester user details

GET /harvesters/{id}/effective_users/{uid}

Returns details about a specific effective user in a harvester.

This operation requires harvester_view privilege or oz_users_view admin privilege.

Details of a specific user in a harvester.

Property	Type & Description
userId string Unique user Id.
fullName string User's full name (given names + surname).
username string User's human-readable identifier, unique across the system. Makes it easier to identify the user and can be used for signing in with password.
