Remove group from harvester

DELETE /harvesters/{id}/groups/{gid}

Removes a specific group from harvester.

For regular users, who belong to this harvester it requires harvester_remove_group privilege to remove a group from this harvester.

For administrators, who are not members of this harvester, oz_harvesters_remove_relationships privilege is required.
