Get group handle details
Returns the details of a specific handle.
This operation requires group_view privilege.
For administrator who does not belong to this group
oz_handles_view privilege is required.

Returns the details of a specific handle.
Unique Id of the handle as registered in the handle service.
Unique Id of the handle in Onedata.
Id of the service where the handle was registered.
The type of resource to be registered.
The Onedata GUID of the resource to which the handle should be resolved.
Dublin Core metadata for the resource encoded in XML.
Handle registration timestamp.
